quick acting multi-functional product that can also be used to
clean and deodorize surfaces. BioPlus protects cleaned surfaces
against new contaminants (including pests) and leaves them truly
clean and pleasant smelling. After cleaning is completed,
simply dispose remaining water into drains or sinks to remove
build-up throughout the plumbing line of entire building and
sewerage system.
 Another
proven application is for clearing traps and drains in commercial
bar and restaurant as well as domestic kitchens. BioPlus degrades
and digests organic materials naturally such as oil spills,
grease, fat and nutrients on floors, cracks, crevices and spaces

SURFACE CLEANING & DEODORIZING - ADD 25ML TO 10
LITERS/HALF PAIL WATER (1 : 400) TO WIPE OR MOP FLOOR
SURFACES, AFTER CLEANING DISPOSE MOP WATER INTO DRAINS OR
SINKS WILL ENHANCE THE BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE THROUGHOUT THE
PLUMBING LINES.
With each application, it
penetrates into cracks and devices of floor surfaces to degrade
and digest spills, grease, and other accumulated material
leaving floors truly cleaner and a freshly scented environment.
BIO-PLUS
removes organic soils from floor grout or corners to make floors
visibly cleaner and removing accumulated grease to reduce
slippage. With routine cleaning, the effect is thus enhanced

AS TOILET CLEANER IN
WASHROOM - ADD 1 PART(25ML) TO 20 PARTS WATER IN A
500ML SPRAYER BOTTLE, SPRAY LIBERALLY ON SURFACE TO CLEAN
& DEODORIZE.
By applying uniformly,
particularly on areas where spills can occur, it allows the
bacteria spores to degrade trapped and absorbed organic
materials and at the same time, maintains toilet
fixtures, walls and floors keeping it clean and fresh
smelling. With continuous use, it clears drain pipes of
odor causing and pipe-choking throughout the plumbing
system.

FOR DRAIN PIPES
MAINTENANCE - POUR 25ML TO 50ML DAILY INTO EACH DRAIN (or
the above dilutions), SHOWER, LAVATORY, KITCHEN SINK OR
COMMODE AND ADD 1 CUP OF WARM WATER TO ACTIVATE THE PRODUCT
AND LET STAND FOR OVERNIGHT.

SIMPLE
METHODS TO USE:
1.
Spraying method: Dilutes 1 to 20 parts water (add 25ml in
500ml sprayer bottle) and clean with brush or leave it without
rinse or wipe.
2.
Mopping/Washing method: Dilutes 1 to 400 parts water (add 25ml to
10 liters water or half pail water) to clean or wash and leaves to
dry without rinse.
3.
Drain maintenance method: Just use the above dilutions or after
cleaning dispose water or concentrated and pour into each drain,
bath tub, toilet bowl, kitchen sink or commode etc.
